International Shipping Rates- We ship Fedex Internationally for most packages.

We use USPS too. Shipping takes by Fedex 7-10 business days to Europe and Canada.

1)Canada-

Shipping charges to Canada is $25 for 1-5 pouches of shakes and 1-6 bottles vitamins and 1-5 pouches of Nuts4hair. So if you are ordering 1 shake it is the same price as 5 shakes. Or if you are ordering 1 vitamin it is the same as 3 or 6 bottles of vitamins. So better to order more in a box so it is less expensive per item to ship.

 

2)Europe and Singapore South America-

 

Shipping charges to Europe is $38 for 1-5 pouches of shakes and 1-6 bottles vitamins and 1-5 pouches of Nuts4hair. Flat rate shipping up to 20 lbs. So if you are ordering 1 shake it is the same price as 5 shakes for shipping. Or if you are ordering 1 vitamin it is the same as 3 or 6 bottles of vitamins. So better to order more in a box so it is less expensive per item to ship.

It is not free shipping to Canada or Europe but the collagen ($56.99 pouch) offsets the shipping price.

 

Or with a case of shake ( 5 shakes)we offer the collagen or a free vitamin- not both items. Must state in comments for free item. Comments is last step. If a free item is shipped and does not get delivered we will ship another free item with the next order unless the customer wants to pay for additional shipping.

If you are having issues with your credit card when ordering it is usually the credit card flags the transaction as fraud since it is international and you need to contact them or try another card. Or use Paypal which never seems to have an issue.

3)Poland and Australia and New Zealand. We have Distributors in these countries so please go to them direct for purchases.

4) International orders must be tracked by the customer to assure custom clearance upon paying VAT in your country. VAT is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

5)Tracking information will be sent by email. Please check spam box or contact us for tracking information and set up a delivery time if you are not at home to receive the package. Please include phone number for Fedex.

6) If the package is returned undeliverable because the customer entered the wrong shipping address the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges. The returned package will not be reshipped until the returned package has been received to Help hair Inc.

 

7) HelpHair.com does not guarantee that delivery within any specific time frame. 

8) Original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from final credit amount for all orders returned where items ordered where ordered in error.  

9) A notice may or may not be sent out by the local customs office and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to follow their package or it may be returned by the customs office with out notification by that office. If package is returned unclaimed to Help Hair Inc then the customer will be responsible to pay shipping costs again to reship the package. Local customs and approvals for import are the sole responsibility of the individual customer. 

10) When opening the package please be careful not to cut into the pouch with a knife because the pouches can get damaged and a slit will allow the shake content to pour out
