Our Returns and Refunds Policy- Customer service
- Credit will be issued for unopened items if item returned within 14 days of purchase. Outbound shipping will be deducted from final credit.
- Orders received, as part of our Free Shipping promotion and requested for return, will be void from the free shipping promotion.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping, unless order is received defective, damaged or order is mis-shipped by helphair.com.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping if item is not picked up from mail box or if address is incorrect or USPS cannot deliver to the address. Customer responsible for all customs issues and import rules and regulations.

Refund Policy will be issued will be issued for unopened items if item returned within 14 days of purchase. Customer responsible for return shipping unless order received is defective. Please do not cut into the box when opening because you will unintentionally open the shake contents.
All products must be inspected immediately when received. No returns or replacements after 14 days. No exceptions. Defective products must be reported immediately since we will not replace products that the customer has been in possession for more than 14 days. We do not offer product sampling (free samples) for any reason. Free samples are considered holiday gifts and are only sent if there is a season or holiday special or promotional offer. We do offer free gifts with specials during the year but we have limited supplies and we do not allow rain checks so order early. When we run out of a promotional offer we will not replace it. Offers are time limited and offer is one per customer. Offers must be stated in comments.
If products have been damaged when arriving the product must be reported at the time of receiving the shipment. Any product reported later than the received delivery date receipt will not be replaced. No exceptions. Any product that was received by mistake and we send a replacement label must be returned or the customer will be charged.
