Refund Policy will be issued will be issued for unopened items if item returned within 14 days of purchase. Customer responsible for return shipping unless order received is defective. Please do not cut into the box when opening because you will unintentionally open the shake contents.
Proper Dosage of the Shake: Some settling of the Protein Shake may occur since this is a whey protein. The scooper is suggested but since settling may occur to get exactly 30 servings per bag we suggest measuring 2 tbsp's or 32 grams by scale per serving. Some customers will use even slightly more than 32 grams and receive additional growth. Please do not transfer the shake powder from the original pouch for storage. Water or moisture can collect in the new storage pouch or bottle and harden the whey. Please store the pouch in a dry place and in a temperature controlled environment between 58-79 Fahrenheit.
