Currently using the shakes and vitamins and collagen (Nuts4hair). I have been taking them for 6 months. I lost my hair from using Ashwagandha and collagen which I thought was good for hair. My hair started shedding and I lost over 150 hairs a day with clumps all around the sink. I went to a local dermatologist and and she suggested help hair products. And told me to stop using the collagen and ashwagandha. I started the shakes daily and used the help hair vitamin later. My hair literally stopped shedding in 2- 3weeks. Then I noticed new hair growing back and within 3 months my hair was fuller. Then around 4.5- 5 months my hair was thick again and now I am on a maintenance ( at 6 months)of shakes and vitamins. I threw away that product with ashwagandha because my other doctor said it worked and it only aggravated my hair but the dermatologist was right about help hair! And I stopped the collagen and use the Nuts4hair collagen which helped improve my hair too. I guess if you get the right products you get great results. Lucky for me it was help hair.

My Hair Grew back in less than 4 months!
I am 24 years old and have been using whey protein isolate and collagen for 2 years. I thought it would be good for working out and my general health. I started to lose hair after 6-8 months from the WPI and collagen and did not realize it. I went to see a doctor in Charlotte and both the doctor and his staff told me it was the isolate and collagen. So they told me to try the help hair products. I tried the shake and collagen (nuts4hair) and I added the vitamins. Within 2 months all the shedding stopped and the hair started to grow back in. In 3-4 months it was fuller and thicker. I then added the Rescue shampoo and conditioner and I even added the Zinc as a scalp treatment 1-2 a week since it is a DHT blocker. My hair at 6.5 months is really thick and I do not need any medical treatments since I did not want to use finasteride because of the side effects or minoxidil. I wanted a natural alternative. I am lucky to find these products but since it was doctor recommended and I could not afford a procedure nor did I need one since I started on the shake etc early enough. The products and the customer service is amazing!

Quality Products!
I have been using the help Hair products including shakes, vitamins , collagen and shampoos and conditioner for over 12 years. Their products are the highest quality and my hair has been thick and full since I have been using them. I was recommended to these products by Dr Jerry Cooley a well know and respected hair doctor in North Carolina. I was losing hair for a variety of reasons and ever since I was using the products my hair is healthy and growing at least 1/2 inch a month. I use the shake and the collagen in the morning and have tried all the flavors but vanilla is my favorite. I use the vitamin later in the evening. When I shampoo and use the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner which leaves my hair soft and feels restored. My hair doctor (Dr Cooley) who I went to several years ago started me on the products. My hair is thicker and fuller and my hair loss stabilized and the shakes filled in the bald areas. Customer service is amazing and they offer good advice on which products would work best. I would suggest calling them if you have questions. I started with vanilla shakes and added vitamins and the Rescue md shampoo and conditioner. Now that my hair is thick I use the leafy green shampoo and alternate with the Rescue MD. Dear Help Hair, I am writing to thank you for making such an amazing product. I was diagnosed with alopecia in 2017 and was struggling to slow down my hair loss. I was trying everything! I was referred to your product by the Verso Surgery Clinic in Canada several months ago. They recommend that I try your product as others were seeing results after using it. I tried the hair shake to begin with and noticed results fairly quickly. My nails were the first to benefit but after a couple of months of using the shake I noticed my hair was getting much thicker and wasn’t falling out as much. Yay!!! Works Great! I am using the vitamins for 6 months and my hair is noticeably thicker. I first tried some other hair vitamins recommended on Amazon and they did not work and I think they made things worse. I then made an appointment with Dr Jerry Cooley and he said to try Help Hair products. I started with the vitamins and I could not be happier! I added the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner a month ago and my hair is shinier and stronger and my shedding stopped.

I was losing my hair in bundles because of all my stress from being at home. For months nothing that I tried worked. Laser combs, vitamins from my local vitamin stores and shampoos from whole foods. I came across help hair vitamins and shakes and shampoos along with the conditioner. Within 2 months it stopped my hair loss and over 5 months my hair regrew. The help hair vitamins are really small and easy to swallow. I tried other brands and they would try to get you to swallow a huge horse pill.I would gag! Plus the other brands did not even work. I am a personal trainer and looking good is part of my business. So losing hair was not going to be in my future if I could stop it.. I have literally used a dozen different hair supplements that did not work. All the other products had either a celebrity endorsement or some "fake news that it worked. All of it was bad hype. I came across this website and I read that is was formulated by a real doctor, Dr Shapiro. I started with the Premiere pack which has shakes and vitamins and Nuts4hair along with the Rescue Shampoo and Conditioner. My results at 2 months were beyond phenomenal and at 5 months my hair loss was reversed. My hair is back to the way it looked 6 years ago before I started losing massive amounts of hair from Growth Hormone and Creatine. I did not think this was possible but I am a true fan of this company and I will continue to avoid "anabolic products" which I think did the damage to my hair. My favorite flavor is vanilla but I have not tried the other flavors yet since the vanilla is amazing when I mix it with berrys. No bad after taste
I tried two different hair vitamins that had fish and shark cartilage. Both gave me a bad after taste, and did not work and were super expensive. I have been using Help Hair Vitamins for 6 months and my results for my hair are great with no bad after taste! I knew all along fish cartilage did not help with hair. Way less expensive too. In fact a 30 day supply of Help Hair is half the price. Sorry I did not try Help hair Vitamins sooner. The 3 pack has free shipping.

Follow up review
I am following up with a prior review. I posted in January. (see below). I have been using the Help Hair Vitamins for over a year. The product is fabulous. My hair is fully regrown and if it was not for help hair vitamins my hair would be completely gone. January-I tried Vivisical and my hair did not improve at all. It left me with fish breath and heartburn. I discovered Help Hair Vitamins when a friend mentioned to me that it was working for him. I started with a bottle and have been using 1 tablet in the am and 1 tablet in the pm. After 3 months my hair loss stopped and after 6 months it is thicker. I bought the 3 pack since it is free shipping. I like the fact that it is doctor formulated and does not have a bad after taste like Vivisical. What really bothered me about Vivisical was it has a monthly recurring CC charge and I tried to stop it and no one answered their customer service so I had a hard time cancelling it. This company does not do that. I guess they are not aggressive with billing since their product actually works!

I made a review already on the vitamins which are great. I for got to mention that I really like the 3 pack because of free shipping. Here is my my review for the vitamins Three main reasons I like this product. 1)They are easy to swallow and I do not want a coated capsule which has chemicals on it. These are all natural. 2)The do not have a fish after taste since they are not made from fish or shark or whatever such non-sense. Thinking shark cartilage is going to help your hair is a joke. I used 2 products with fish "protein" and I was burping up fish breath all day. And my hair still fell out. 3)Way more affordable since a 60 tab bottle is only $29.99. This product actually works!
Results exactly as expected!
Fast results. My hair regrew in 3 months. Still getting new hair even after 7 months. Very inexpensive compared to Whole Foods brand that was a complete waste of money. Free shipping on a 3 pack so I do not even have to leave my house!
Regrew my hair after 2nd baby
After I gave birth to my 2nd child my hair started shedding. I was losing hair all over the shower and sink. My obstetrician recommended Help Hair Vitamins one tablet in the am and 1 tablet in the pm. I was not breast feeding so he said start on it right away since he had seen great results with other patients. After 2 months my shedding stopped and now at 6 months it reversed the hair loss. No fillers -All Natural and it grows hair!
I like this product because it not only works but it has no fillers or artificial ingredients or colors. It maintains my hair and actually has made it fuller over a period of 4-5 months. But if you compare the ingredients in this product to other ones on the market Help Hair only uses NON GMO. I only want to take something all natural.

It really works! My Dermatoligist recommended it since I tried biotin and minoxidil and it didnt work. She gave me a brochure on the product and I did the research. I am in my late 50's and hair is so important to me. Takes about 3 months to see the hair growing out but I am so glad I am using it!!
Fuller and longer hair
Help hair vitamins works really well. My hair is growing faster and most of all it is healthy looking and thicker. My plan is to use it for at least 10-12 months. Idid not think it would work on a 55 year old. But the results are outstanding.

Best hair vitamins on the market!
I had tried so many other hair vitamins, all to no avail. They would help for a few weeks, and then just seemed to "stop". And they were all so expensive! As any woman who suffers from hair loss will tell you, finding a product that actually does what it claims to do is a miracle.
