After 2 knee surgeries, my hair was really beat up. I have fine hair and used to have a lot of it, but with age, comes thinning, so I asked my dermatologist if hair vitamins really worked because I was seeing a lot of ads on TV recently.. She told me yes and offered a brand they recommended, but I decided to do a little research on my own. Hair La Vie, now Help Hair came up as one of Oprah favorites, so I went with those. I liked that Help Hair gave you an understanding of the timeline for improvement and what you should expect to see. Wow, they weren't kidding. Within 30 days, I noticed not less hair, but no hair in my comb. In 60 days my stylist said she could see little hairs popping up through my scalp and within 90 days I could see a visible difference in the appearance of my hair. Visibly thicker. I used them for a couple of years and then just got sloppy by not taking them for a few months and one day I looked in the mirror and saw how thin my hair had become. I ordered more and have been back on them for about a year, and now have my hair back again. I just ordered the dandruff shampoo and the shakes just to have a variety and also because I have been suffering from "scratchy head" as my husband likes to call it. I tried medicated scampoo and it was terrible. Looking forward to the new products because if they work as well as the vitamins do, they should be something very special. These vitamins really work!! I decided to buy these when I noticed my hair was falling out and getting thinner. I’ve always trusted my dermatologist, Dr Lu to recommend the best products. The vitamins are of excellent quality and easy to swallow.. The size of an advil. Not 4 large horse pills like I was using with another company and these are a 1/3 of the price. The shakes are yummy and I love the taste. That being said… I’ve noticed my hair is fuller and thickening again and the bald areas are filled in. It’s not only helped my hair, but my nails, as well. 2 months update
Just began using this product for 2 months after recommendation from my hair dresser who said several of her clients use this product and grew hair. The hair loss seems to have stopped and my hair is getting thicker. I like the small vitamin pill, around the size of an advil. I used to take a product advertised on TV and that was 4 large horse pills and made my hair worse and was super expensive.

I never write reviews but I felt like telling everyone about how amazing these products really are. I have been using the products for 15 years. I was recommended to them by a local doctor in charlotte NC. Is started with the shakes and vitamins. I particularly like the chocolate flavor. I lost my hair from using Ashwagandha and collagen which I thought was good for hair. My hair started shedding and I lost over 150 hairs a day with clumps all around the sink.
I went to a local dermatologist and and she suggested help hair products.
And told me to stop using the collagen and ashwagandha. I started the shakes daily and used the help hair vitamin later. My hair literally stopped shedding in 2- 3weeks. Then I noticed new hair growing back and within 3 months my hair was fuller. Then around 4.5- 5 months my hair was thick again and now I am on a maintenance ( at 6 months)of shakes and vitamins. I threw away that product with ashwagandha because my other doctor said it worked and it only aggravated my hair but the dermatologist was right about help hair! I am 24 years old and have been using whey protein isolate and collagen for 2 years. I thought it would be good for working out and my general health. I started to lose hair after 6-8 months from the WPI and collagen and did not realize it. I went to see a doctor in Charlotte and both the doctor and his staff told me it was the isolate and collagen. So they told me to try the help hair products. I tried the shake and collagen (nuts4hair) and I added the vitamins. Within 2 months all the shedding stopped and the hair started to grow back in. In 3-4 months it was fuller and thicker. I then added the Rescue shampoo and conditioner and I even added the Zinc as a scalp treatment 1-2 a week since it is a DHT blocker. My hair at 6.5 months is really thick and I do not need any medical treatments since I did not want to use finasteride because of the side effects or minoxidil. I wanted a natural alternative. I have been using the help Hair products including shakes, vitamins , collagen and shampoos and conditioner for over 12 years. Their products are the highest quality and my hair has been thick and full since I have been using them. I was recommended to these products by Dr Jerry Cooley a well know and respected hair doctor in North Carolina. I was losing hair for a variety of reasons and ever since I was using the products my hair is healthy and growing at least 1/2 inch a month. I am writing to thank you for making such an amazing product. I was diagnosed with alopecia in 2017 and was struggling to slow down my hair loss. I was trying everything! I was referred to your product by the Verso Surgery Clinic in Canada several months ago. They recommend that I try your product as others were seeing results after using it. I tried the hair shake to begin with and noticed results fairly quickly. No bad after taste

I am following up with a prior review. I posted in January. (see below). I have been using the Help Hair Vitamins for over a year. The product is fabulous. My hair is fully regrown and if it was not for help hair vitamins my hair would be completely gone.
January-I tried Vivisical and my hair did not improve at all. It left me with fish breath and heartburn. I discovered Help Hair Vitamins when a friend mentioned to me that it was working for him. I started with a bottle and have been using 1 tablet in the am and 1 tablet in the pm. After 3 months my hair loss stopped and after 6 months it is thicker. I bought the 3 pack since it is free shipping. I like the fact that it is doctor formulated and does not have a bad after taste like Vivisical. What really bothered me about Vivisical was it has a monthly recurring CC charge and I tried to stop it and no one answered their customer service so I had a hard time cancelling it. This company does not do that. I guess they are not aggressive with billing since their product actually works!

Three main reasons I like this product.
1)They are easy to swallow and I do not want a coated capsule which has chemicals on it. These are all natural.
2)The do not have a fish after taste since they are not made from fish or shark or whatever such non-sense. Thinking shark cartilage is going to help your hair is a joke. I used 2 products with fish "protein" and I was burping up fish breath all day. And my hair still fell out.
3)Way more affordable since a 60 tab bottle is only $29.99.

It really works! My Dermatoligist recommended it since I tried biotin and minoxidil and it didnt work. She gave me a brochure on the product and I did the research. I am in my late 50's and hair is so important to me. Takes about 3 months to see the hair growing out but I am so glad I am using it!!
Fuller and longer hair
Help hair vitamins works really well. My hair is growing faster and most of all it is healthy looking and thicker. My plan is to use it for at least 10-12 months. Idid not think it would work on a 55 year old. But the results are outstanding.
