How to open the Shake package properly-

Opening the Help Hair Shake Package

We have several customers call to tell us when opening the shake pouch that it had a slit in it and there was powder spilled in the box. Our pouches were made to withstand extremely high pressure and will not open while in transit. It occurred to us that maybe the slit was made unintentionally while opening the box.

After speaking to several customers they never realized that they may have cut into the soft pouches.

To open the package properly- use a knife and cut superficially into the box. Remember the contents are soft pouches and you can slit the contents and they will spill open. Try to cut just the tape and avoid cutting too deep.

Our pouches are Eco- friendly and the pouches are easy to fit in your travel bag and suitcase.
