I never write reviews but I felt like telling everyone about how amazing these products really are. I have been using the products for 15 years. I was recommended to them by a local doctor in charlotte NC. Is started with the shakes and vitamins. I particularly like the chocolate flavor. My hair was thinning and the products took about 2-3 months and I noticed a real difference. It grew like a "weed".
I continued to take the shakes and vitamins and I added the shampoos and conditioners. All helped make my hair look thicker.
If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

I tried some product I saw on TV and is hyped by my friends dermatologist. The advertise all the time. I spent $90 for four capsules that I could not swallow and my hair got worse. What junk! I tried Help hair since my friend was using it. They do not advertise but they get results. After 4 months my hair dresser said my hair looked thick and full and the price was so much less.
The TV hair products were junk. Help hair is amazing and is easy to take.

I was losing my hair for about 3 years slowly. I was thinning on the top and receding on the sides.
I tried a brand that cost me $88/ month and automatically takes your $$ every month.. You had to take 4 capsules daily. They were like horse pills and I took them because they advertise alot on TV. They claim they have studies and it is run by some non medical people without any background in hair. But the made them selves experts.
So 2 years later and thousands of dollars of lost money I am still bald and in fact even worse.
I had no choice but go to my dermatologist and get his help. When I went to see Dr Brent Mizelle I told him my story. He said he sees this happen all the time with scam products. But he told me to try help Hair since he has been recommending it for 10 years with great success.
I started with the vitamins. they are really small and easy to swallow. You do not take 4 large horse pills like i was doing with the other scam brand. You take 1 small pill in the am and 1 small pill in the pm. Thats it! And its 1/3 of the price of the other brand I was taking. In less than 4 months my hair was filling in.
Then I decided since i like to make a morning shake to add the help hair shakes to my
daily regiment. Not only does it taste great, I prefer the vanilla with fruit daily but my hair was getting so thick that my hair dresser wanted to k now my secret.
I added the shampoos starting with the rescue MD and conditioner and leafy green volumizers.

I have tried both and this, Help Hair is by far the best product. I tried Nutrafol for a very long time and a ridiculous price and saw no results. Works! Tastes great. No brainer. Dr Cooley recommended it to me. I have been using it for over 5 years without any hair loss. I would not waste my time with other products or RX. I buy the 5 pack of shake and 3 pack of vitamins. Plus I use the zinc scalp treatment and the purple shampoo and green volumizer.

Currently using the shakes and vitamins and collagen (Nuts4hair). I have been taking them for 6 months.
I lost my hair from using Ashwagandha and collagen which I thought was good for hair. My hair started shedding and I lost over 150 hairs a day with clumps all around the sink.
I went to a local dermatologist and and she suggested help hair products.
And told me to stop using the collagen and ashwagandha. I started the shakes daily and used the help hair vitamin later. My hair literally stopped shedding in 2- 3weeks. Then I noticed new hair growing back and within 3 months my hair was fuller. Then around 4.5- 5 months my hair was thick again and now I am on a maintenance ( at 6 months)of shakes and vitamins. I threw away that product with ashwagandha because my other doctor said it worked and it only aggravated my hair but the dermatologist was right about help hair! And I stopped the collagen and use the Nuts4hair collagen which helped improve my hair too.
I guess if you get the right products you get great results. Lucky for me it was help hair.

Big Fan of this product. Easy to use. I drink the mocha shake daily and use the help hair vitamins as recommended but switch with the berry after a work out. My hair loss was from all sorts of causes. Stress , testosterone use , ashwagandha, and lack of sleep and poor nutrition. I will say that the shake does give me a good dose of a healthy daily meal and the fact it is growth hormone free, and has no gluten and no artificial flavors or colors I think is important. My hair took around 3 months to stop falling out and now a year later it has grown back in and is super healthy. I get hair cuts every 2-3 weeks.

My Hair Grew back in less than 4 months!
I am 24 years old and have been using whey protein isolate and collagen for 2 years. I thought it would be good for working out and my general health. I started to lose hair after 6-8 months from the WPI and collagen and did not realize it. I went to see a doctor in Charlotte and both the doctor and his staff told me it was the isolate and collagen.
So they told me to try the help hair products. I tried the shake and collagen (nuts4hair) and I added the vitamins. Within 2 months all the shedding stopped and the hair started to grow back in. In 3-4 months it was fuller and thicker. I then added the Rescue shampoo and conditioner and I even added the Zinc as a scalp treatment 1-2 a week since it is a DHT blocker. My hair at 6.5 months is really thick and I do not need any medical treatments since I did not want to use finasteride because of the side effects or minoxidil. I wanted a natural alternative. I am lucky to find these products but since it was doctor recommended and I could not afford a procedure nor did I need one since I started on the shake etc early enough. The products and the customer service is amazing!

I have been using this product for about 8 years. I was recommended years ago by Dr Jerry Cooley. I had hair loss and was not ready for a hair transplant. My hair was thinning for a variety of reasons. I started to use the shake daily and within 2 months I noticed the difference. My hair was really full at 5months. I even went back to Dr Cooley to see if I needed any treatment and he said just stay on the shake. Let me start off by saying that I love this product I have been taking hair shake since 2016.. I started balding in my early 30’s. My grandfather, father, uncles, most of my brothers and mostly all my cousins are bald or headed in that direction. I pretty much come from a bald family. This product not only make my hair thicker, it also make my hair grow really fast. Without this product I could get away with a hair cut every 2-3 weeks. When on this product I have to get a hair cut once a week. This product also makes my nails grow really fast. Now in my early 40’s I still have a full head of healthy hair. It’s thick, full and strong. I can wear any style I want, long or short. I accidentally stumbled on this product online looking for a alternative work out protein that would not make your hair fall out.. I was not looking for something that would make my hair grow I was only looking for something that wouldn’t make my hair fall out. I have been using the help Hair products including shakes, vitamins , collagen and shampoos and conditioner for over 12 years. Their products are the highest quality and my hair has been thick and full since I have been using them. I was recommended to these products by Dr Jerry Cooley a well know and respected hair doctor in North Carolina. I was losing hair for a variety of reasons and ever since I was using the products my hair is healthy and growing at least 1/2 inch a month. I use the shake and the collagen in the morning and have tried all the flavors but vanilla is my favorite. I use the vitamin later in the evening. Customer service is amazing and they offer good advice on which products would work best. I would suggest calling them if you have questions. Dr Ashley Curtis recommended it. Dr Curtis is a Board certified Dermatologist in Atlanta and is well know for treating hair loss. I was losing my hair from a combination of stress, hitting menopause, and the loss of my husband.
I noticed thinning over a period of 6 months and I tried a product that had Ashwaganda and it made my hair loss worse.
I went to Dr Curtis and she said that I should take 1 shake in the morning daily and 1 vitamin in the evening.
I normally do. not drink shakes but when i tried the vanilla I fell in love with the great taste and look forward to it daily. I noticed immediate stopping of the hair loss after 6 weeks and my nails grew like crazy! Then at 2 months my hair was getting stronger and the bald patches gradually filled in. This is my third case of Help Hair shakes. I started researching at the beginning of the year due to an upcoming surgery. I read that the trauma of general surgery can cause hair loss, Telogen Effluvium, and I wanted to avoid this. Before I use a product, I research every avenue I can find and look for both positive and negatives. I went ahead and took a chance on Help Hair shakes due to the reviews and research on the ingredients thinking that it couldn't hurt. I ordered a case and started drinking a few months before surgery to build up the good nutrients. My general surgery was early May and here it is early October and there's been no loss. I am writing to thank you for making such an amazing product. I was diagnosed with alopecia in 2017 and was struggling to slow down my hair loss. I was trying everything! I was referred to your product by the Verso Surgery Clinic in Canada several months ago. They recommend that I try your product as others were seeing results after using it. I tried the hair shake to begin with and noticed results fairly quickly. My nails were the first to benefit but after a couple of months of using the shake I noticed my hair was getting much thicker and wasn’t falling out as much. Yay!!! After I noticed an improvement, I decided to try other products that you offer,(Vitamins, Nuts4Hair-Collagen, Shampoos and Conditioners) and I’m so glad that I did. Shakes grew back my hair! My friend went to a dermatologist in Charlotte who recommended the shakes. So I was losing my hair really bad after I fell off a later and broke my foot. I started the tasty shakes and after a few months my hair looked better. I stayed on them and my hair completely grew back and I think it is thicker in areas I was receding. They have great customer service who walked me through what to use since I did not ever see a doctor for my hair loss.

Best Smoothie for hair!
I use the help hair shakes daily as my morning wakeup smoothie. I make it with almond drink and some days I add fruit to the vanilla and other days I add the Nuts4hair with the chocolate. I went to Dr Cooley, a hair doctor in Charlotte years ago and he said if the shakes work I would not meed a procedure. Well sure enough I have been on them for 7 years and never needed a procedure and my hair is thicker then ever. I added the help hair vitamins and really like their Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner. Dr Cooley is an excellent doctor and gave me great advice!

I am a personal trainer and looking good is part of my business. So losing hair was not going to be in my future if I could stop it.. I have literally used a dozen different hair supplements that did not work. All the other products had either a celebrity endorsement or some "fake news that it worked. All of it was bad hype. I started with the Premiere pack which has shakes and vitamins and Nuts4hair along with the Rescue Shampoo and Conditioner. My results at 2 months were beyond phenomenal and at 5 months my hair loss was reversed. My hair is back to the way it looked 6 years ago before I started losing massive amounts of hair from Growth Hormone and Creatine.
I did not think this was possible but I am a true fan of this company and I will continue to avoid "anabolic products" which I think did the damage to my hair.
My favorite flavor is vanilla but I have not tried the other flavors yet since the vanilla is amazing when I mix it with berrys.
I add the Nuts4hair into the mix and it has a light "fresh" peanut flavor to it. I take the vitamin later in the day and I use the vitamins 2x a day when I travel and do not get a chance to make the shake.
The shampoo and conditioner have a really good scent and they make my hair more manageable and I feel like I see new hairs sprouting everyday.

Protein shake actually works for hair!
Unlike other products that claim they work for hair , Help Hair Shake actually regrew my hair. I have been using the shakes for 7 years since I have a history of really bad hair loss in my family. My mothers side is completely bald. Crazy true story!
I have been using the product for 10 months with amazing resultsI Then I ordered the case of shake. 5 pouches. I ordered 3 vanilla and 2 berries. After 2 months my supply of shake was completely gone. I thought to myself where did all the shake go to? I then discovered my husband was using the shake without telling me and drinking it at work. He did not want to tell me and when I confronted him. He asked me to look at him and see if there was anything different about him. Makes sense- Protein for hair!
I tried multiple hair vitamins. Even biotin did not work. My friend went to a doctor in Charlotte NC. He showed me his before and after pictures using help hair shake. I tried several other brands of hair vitamins. They do not work. I even tried biotin capsules 10 mg. My hair doctor from NY told me to use the shake and help hair vitamins daily. She said I needed the protein for my hair. I noticed thicker hair within 2 months and lots of regrowth on the top of my head at 4 months. Protein for Hair!
My doctor said that my hair would not grow if I did not have enough protein in my diet. I thought I was eating right. But this shake did more for my hair than any hair vitamin. I read about "shark protein" but how could it give me enough protein in such a little tablet. And I heard it has a nasty after taste. What I do is use a full scoop of help hair shake in the morning and a full scoop in the evening. I have had incredible growth and at 6 months I am considering using the help hair vitamin to replace the scoop in the evening. I like vanilla and mix it with strawberry and bananas. Really good!

Really Works!

I needed the right protein
I needed protein for my hair. I did not realize that my whey protein isolate was great for my muscles bur not my hair. I was working out 3-4x a week and used whey protein isolate and my hair started to fall out in bunches al over the place.
I went to a hair doctor in CT, Dr Boden and he told me stop using the isolate and replace it with help hair shake and vitamins. After 3 months my hair loss was reversing and now it is back to its fullness and no more shedding.

Not just for working out
When I read about the protein shake I thought it was for working out. I do not work out at all. But my hair was terrible and falling out probably from my bad diet of fast foods. Great for Male Pattern Baldness
I have tried almost everything on the market for male pattern baldness. I am 25 years old and started losing my hair at the early age of 18 years old. My father is bald and my grandpa on my mother's side is bald so I thought I would have to eventually get a hair transplant some day. My hair was falling out from testosterone injections
I am 56 y/o and went to a mens health clinic. The next thing I know I was getting testosterone injections because I supposedly had low T(testosterone). After about 6 injections I noticed my hair was falling out. Creatine made my hair fall out
I was using creatine to bulk up. I lift daily and use all kinds of amino acids and T boosters. My hair started to thin and then fall out after 3 months. I am absolutely amazed at this product. I have been on hormone replacement therapy for 24 years, starting two years after having had a complete hysterectomy at age 40. This product is amazing. It was recommended to me by my dermatologist Dr. Osei Tutu. I have been taking the shake (vanilla) w/2 of the HH vitamins for just 1 month!! I kid you not, my hair looks and feels different already. I read reviews like mine and I'm like yeah, right..1 month...and become very skeptical. This is a genuine review from a genuine customer. I just re-ordered 2 bags of the shake mix and 2 bottles of the pills. Since I was taking them both together, I can't tell which product did this amazingness to my hair. Help for Discoid Lupus

Results beyond Expectation
Panic set in when I began shedding so much hair a year ago and after a visit to a doctor was told it was stress related and that I had reached the plateau for shedding and was now on the downhill side. Faster Results than I expected!
I have been seeing a hair loss specialist in Atlanta for 2 years now. I take a liquid combination of Rogaine/Finasteride and use a low laser hair loss cap as well. During this time, I have not seen any hair growth at all (although I do think it has helped more hair from falling out). 2 months ago, I began using the Help Hair Shakes and already have re-growth. A Hair-raising Experience
I'm a patient of Dr. Benham. I had typical moderate male pattern baldness, but about a year ago I developed hair problems due to a stress-related issue. My name is Gene, I've had two hair transplants with Dr. Jerry Cooley. The first was 4,000 grafts without using Help Hair shake. It took the average 4 to 5 months until I had any noticeable growth, final results were excellent. One year later I had my 2nd transplant of 2,500 grafts. At the end of the procedure Dr. Cooley gave me two ( Maybe three I cant remember) months of something called Help Hair Shake. I had never heard of it. Best tasting protein powder
This is the best tasting protein drink I have had. When I first tasted it my taste buds sang and I called the company the next day to share how good it tasted. Most protein powders give me indigestion, but not this one. I tried the vanilla first but will order the chocolate next.
Another observation is if you don't have time to use a blender, it mixes easily in water. Just follow the directions to let it sit for a minute. I love this stuff.
My next anticipation is to see what difference it makes in hair growth and nail health.

I just started the product. But only one week into it I do notice my hair has a healthy bounce. I started this product do to hair loss I will reevaluate in 6 months. So far so good.

I tried the Help Hair Vitamins for 3 months and my hair stopped shedding and looks thicker too. I have used many hair vitamins and they just didnt work. I think I am going to try the shake too because I want really thick hair.

I purchased the Help Hair shake with low expectations. I had currently been taking a GNC whey protein version but after tasting this shake I quit the GNC shake and it has been in my closet since. I must say this is the most delicious shake I have ever tasted. I purchased the chocolate version and use a little milk and a few ice cubes. It tastes just like a chocolate shake! I purchased one bottle and a few weeks after I started taking it I noticed my hair was thicker. After one month the bottle was empty and due to what I thought was a steep price I decided not to repurchase. Within a few weeks my hair started getting thinner in texture. I decided to try the shake again despite the price. Again, after a few weeks my hair was noticeably thicker and has continued to slowly and increasingly thicken even more. I myself would not think a shake could do this but I have changed no other protocols. My other protein shake did NOT give the same effect.
I would highly recommend this to anyone with thinning hair. The flavor is so good it feels like an indulgence.
