I have been using the shakes and vitamins and collagen along with the shampoo and conditioner for 10 years. I stopped for a few months and noticed the difference. I went back on and my hair is back on track. Thick and beautiful. If it can work for me at 76 years old, it can work for you. The vitamins are tiny.
