I was referred by Dr Tutu in NY and Products really work! I tried another expensive product that cost $88 month and had to take 4 capsules and my hair got worse. I have been using the shakes , vitamins and collagen and zinc shampoo , help shampoo and conditioner and alternate with the leafy green shampoo and conditioner and my hair is full and thick and my shedding is gone. Dr Tutu in Ny told me about the shampoos and conditioners. I added the help hair vitamins and Nuts4hair collagen. My hair after only 3 months is growing like a weed and at 5 months it all grew back in. I am glad I did both since I tried a variety of shampoos before and they did not work. But Help hair had a great scent and made my hair longer and stronger. I also added the zinc DHT blocker shampoo and that removes the sebum and made my scalp and hair soft and stopped the breakage.

My Hair Grew back in less than 4 months!
I am 24 years old and have been using whey protein isolate and collagen for 2 years. I thought it would be good for working out and my general health. I started to lose hair after 6-8 months from the WPI and collagen and did not realize it. I went to see a doctor in Charlotte and both the doctor and his staff told me it was the isolate and collagen. So they told me to try the help hair products. I tried the shake and collagen (nuts4hair) and I added the vitamins. Within 2 months all the shedding stopped and the hair started to grow back in. In 3-4 months it was fuller and thicker. I then added the Rescue shampoo and conditioner and I even added the Zinc as a scalp treatment 1-2 a week since it is a DHT blocker. My hair at 6.5 months is really thick and I do not need any medical treatments since I did not want to use finasteride because of the side effects or minoxidil. I wanted a natural alternative. I am lucky to find these products but since it was doctor recommended and I could not afford a procedure nor did I need one since I started on the shake etc early enough. The products and the customer service is amazing!

I have been using the help Hair products including shakes, vitamins , collagen and shampoos and conditioner for over 12 years. Their products are the highest quality and my hair has been thick and full since I have been using them. I was recommended to these products by Dr Jerry Cooley a well know and respected hair doctor in North Carolina. I was losing hair for a variety of reasons and ever since I was using the products my hair is healthy and growing at least 1/2 inch a month. I use the shake and the collagen in the morning and have tried all the flavors but vanilla is my favorite. I use the vitamin later in the evening. When I shampoo and use the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner which leaves my hair soft and feels restored. I highly recommend these products and my friends and family have used them with great success.

I am a Long term Happy customer! I never write reviews but the shakes and vitamins along with the shampoos and conditioners are amazing. My hair doctor (Dr Cooley) who I went to several years ago started me on the products. My hair is thicker and fuller and my hair loss stabilized and the shakes filled in the bald areas. Customer service is amazing and they offer good advice on which products would work best. I would suggest calling them if you have questions. I started with vanilla shakes and added vitamins and the Rescue md shampoo and conditioner. Now that my hair is thick I use the leafy green shampoo and alternate with the Rescue MD. I currently drink the mocha and Zesty shakes. My hair is amazing and the products are A+ World class stuff. I could not give a better rating.

I am writing to thank you for making such an amazing product. I was diagnosed with alopecia in 2017 and was struggling to slow down my hair loss. I was trying everything! I was referred to your product by the Verso Surgery Clinic in Canada several months ago. They recommend that I try your product as others were seeing results after using it. I tried the hair shake to begin with and noticed results fairly quickly. My nails were the first to benefit but after a couple of months of using the shake I noticed my hair was getting much thicker and wasn’t falling out as much. Yay!!! After I noticed an improvement, I decided to try other products that you offer,(Vitamins, Nuts4Hair-Collagen, Shampoos and Conditioners) and I’m so glad that I did. Best Products by Far for Hair! Use the shakes , vitamins, Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner, and the Nuts4Hair. Tarah form Dr Niedbalski told me about them and my hair went from thinning and lifeless to thick and full. Bald spots grew back. I even tried the Protein bar and it is delicious.

I tried a bunch of different vitamins for my hair. None of them worked. In fact I tried marine collagen in a capsule for $88 a month and I wasted a year and $1000 later my hair was worse. Then I found help hair vitamins online and my hair line grew back after 3 months! Now I added the shakes, and shampoos and conditioners and Nuts4Hair. The RescueMD is very very good and I see that my hair is shiny and bouncy. I have been using their products for a year and decided to leave a review since it is so hard to tell what is baloney and what really works. I hope other people can benefit from my mistake. Back in January 2019, Dr. Super Cool Cooley recommended the hair help shakes along with mentioning the shampoo / conditioner/ vitamins.
Let me tell you, these shakes, especially the chocolate with the peanut butter are delicious ! My boyfriend along with my sister and her husband love these shakes!!

I use the Help Hair Shake and Help Hair vitamins daily. Along with the RescueMD Shampoo and Conditioner. These products saved my hair that was falling out all over the last year. I had a severe illness and recovered but my hair suffered. Within 1-2 months of using the products my hair came back to life. I am an African American woman with hair loss called CCCA. My dermatologist, Dr OseiTutu told me to use the shakes, vitamins and the Nuts4Hair. The Help Hair Products are a miracle! I went to my Dermatologist. Dr Brent Mizelle told me to use a combination of Shakes, Help Hair Vitamins and Rescue MD Shampoos and conditioners. I read online and added the Nuts4Hair. Within 4 weeks I had immediate improvement. First my hair stopped shedding and then it grew faster and thicker. Dr Jerry Cooley recommended Help Hair products to me when I visited him all the way from Alabama. His credentials are excellent so it was worth traveling. He was past President of the Hair Restoration Society and a Board Certified Dermatologist. I started with the shake and vitamins daily and after a few months I knew I was on the right track. Next I added the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner. I use the zinc shampoo and it cleared my flaky scalp. Then I alternate with Rescue MD shampoo and Rescue MD Conditioner for maximum growth. Great combination for my flaky scalp and damaged hair. Now my hair is amazing looking and growing great!

Help hair 4 step program grew back my hair. I had surgery on my back. Lots of pain and rehab. My hair started falling out 6 months later. Help hair shake and vitamins reversed it within 4 months. I am using the the Leafy green shampoo and conditioner to volumize it and I also use the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner which helps with the growth.
I do not use them both at the same time. I even use the serum which regrew a bald spot on the back of my head.

I use the shake and vitamins. They work great. Now I added this new product. It smells good and makes my hair feel bouncy and look shiny. The shampoo is pearlescent so has a nice feel when you lather it into your scalp. I like the Rescue MD conditioner too even though I typically do not use a conditioner and it feels "weightless" and does not make my hair feel limp but actually feels clean and "groomed" like I just had it professionally done in a hair salon.

Now I use it for the existing non transplanted hair and it maintains the hair and keeps it full and thick looking. Plus my transplanted hair looks amazing. My new routine is I use the Leafy green volumizing shampoo an conditioner one day and I alternate with the rescue MD shampoo and conditioner on the next time I wash my hair. I have tried the shakes, vitamins, both the volumizing shampoo and conditioner and the new RescueMD shampoo and conditioner. They are truly experts in the field of thin hair. My dermatologist started me on the products from EDP cosmetics.
Ever since I have been using the products my hair grew back, I have no shedding, or split ends or gnarly broken
