Dr Tutu in Ny told me about the shampoos and conditioners. I added the help hair vitamins and Nuts4hair collagen. My hair after only 3 months is growing like a weed and at 5 months it all grew back in. I am glad I did both since I tried a variety of shampoos before and they did not work. But Help hair had a great scent and made my hair longer and stronger. I also added the zinc DHT blocker shampoo and that removes the sebum and made my scalp and hair soft and stopped the breakage.

Great Combination of Nutrients and Shampoos that Grew back my hair
My hair loss journey was over a period of 5 years. I was gradually thinning and had a history of family baldness. I did not want to go bald. My friend has been using the shakes etc for over 2 years and told me to try them. I started to take the products daily for 6 months and could not believe that my hair was actually growing back. But not just growing fast but growing thick. The shampoo and conditioner are amazing too.
I give these products a 5 star. I would recommend them to anyone who is losing hair and to start the products as soon as they think they are thinning or shedding.

I am a Long term Happy customer! I never write reviews but the shakes and vitamins along with the shampoos and conditioners are amazing. My hair doctor (Dr Cooley) who I went to several years ago started me on the products. My hair is thicker and fuller and my hair loss stabilized and the shakes filled in the bald areas. Customer service is amazing and they offer good advice on which products would work best. I would suggest calling them if you have questions. I started with vanilla shakes and added vitamins and the Rescue md shampoo and conditioner. Now that my hair is thick I use the leafy green shampoo and alternate with the Rescue MD. I currently drink the mocha and Zesty shakes. My hair is amazing and the products are A+ World class stuff. I could not give a better rating.

My friend told me about the 4 Step Program and she went to a hair doctor in LA who had a video about it on youtube.
I had started with really thin hair but over the last 10 months my hair is thick, and the bald patches filled in. My hairline grew back and I stopped shedding.
I drink the shake in the am and take the vitamin later in the day and the shampoo and conditioner make my hair look really thick.
I like chocolate and like the other chocolate flavored shakes.

I am writing to thank you for making such an amazing product. I was diagnosed with alopecia in 2017 and was struggling to slow down my hair loss. I was trying everything! I was referred to your product by the Verso Surgery Clinic in Canada several months ago. They recommend that I try your product as others were seeing results after using it. I tried the hair shake to begin with and noticed results fairly quickly. My nails were the first to benefit but after a couple of months of using the shake I noticed my hair was getting much thicker and wasn’t falling out as much. Yay!!! After I noticed an improvement, I decided to try other products that you offer,(Vitamins, Nuts4Hair-Collagen, Shampoos and Conditioners) and I’m so glad that I did. I was initially using another shampoo and conditioner but as soon as I switched to the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner I knew I was using a superior product. It’s amazing. Help hair 4 step program grew back my hair. I had surgery on my back. Lots of pain and rehab. My hair started falling out 6 months later. Help hair shake and vitamins reversed it within 4 months. I am using the the Leafy green shampoo and conditioner to volumize it and I also use the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner which helps with the growth.
I do not use them both at the same time. I even use the serum which regrew a bald spot on the back of my head.

REAL SULFATE FREE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER
I have tried shampoo and conditioners that claim they are sulfate free. But most of them lather. Real sulfate free shampoos do not lather or foam up. Sulfates, I read, can cause or aggravate hair loss. So you really should avoid them at all costs. This shampoo and conditioner does not lather at all but still cleans the hair and makes it look thicker and fuller. So I know it is truly sulfate free. The trick is to wash it out completely. With real sulfate free shampoos and conditioners this means washing your hair out several times. If you do not wash it out completely the hair will not look as full as it could. I also like the fact it has a nice scent and makes my hair shiny and feeling stronger. It is also paraben free and my wife who uses the products has had a history of medical problems and was told to avoid parabens. So she uses it too on a regular basis. I bought the 4 Step Program and now I have to buy a case of shake and 3 pack of vitamins because our stock runs out fast.

The shampoo and conditioner smell SOOO yummy, like apples! I like that there are no artificial colors involved and my hair feels so squeaky clean afterwards! The hair vitamins are rather small which is great for me because I have a hard time swallowing large vitamins. Most hair vitamins are too large for me. I’ve tried Viviscal and many others and these are much easier to get down. The protein powder is very palatable! This is my 4th bag.....went back to the chocolate flavor, so far my 1st choice and the vanilla with super greens is my second choice. Mixed fruit flavor is not for me!

My hair was so thin that I would not go out of the house. I went to my dermatologist and she said try the 4 Step program. At first I did not think anything would work but since it was doctor recommended I gave it 3 months and it was 80% better. Then at 5 months my hairline and my crown have filled in. I think I needed the extra protein and vitamins from the shake. I tried CVS hair vitamins but they did not work. I tried some online brands and no results. So it must be the added protein since the results are better than expected! The shampoo and conditioner make my hair look thick and smells good too.

I love the shake, vitamins, shampoo and conditioner! I've struggled with thin hair all my life especially when it was stressful. I was so excited to finally have a protein powder that is designed for healthy hair and nails! The protein is very high quality and mixes well for great tasting shakes.
