I first heard of Help Hair Vitamins in an upmarket cosmetic medicine clinic in my home town of Perth, Western Australia. I was born with gloriously thick hair, whom my elderly Tokyo hairdresser who had styled Elizabeth Taylor and other major movie stars, said in 1993, "You're never going to go bald."
I turn 70 years old this year and although I don't have the same "gloriously thick hair," I had when I was modelling in my twenties, I have more than God to thank for my good genes.
I've been taking Help Hair Vitamins consistently for approximately 12 years since I migrated from Australia to Colorado. It only took a few months for me to see my thinning hair, stop thinning and my pathetically weak, cracked nails grow longer, naturally.

I’ve been struggling with hair thinning/loss/falling out. I tried hair oils, shampoos, and conditioners, but none seemed to work. I started using the vitamins and hair collagen after receiving a recommendation from my dermatologist. Within the first month, the amount of hair falling decreased dramatically. I’ve been using the vitamins and collagen for a few months now and I am continuing to see less hair falling out. Highly recommend!

I was referred by Dr Tutu in NY and Products really work! I tried another expensive product that cost $88 month and had to take 4 capsules and my hair got worse. I have been using the shakes , vitamins and collagen and zinc shampoo , help shampoo and conditioner and alternate with the leafy green shampoo and conditioner and my hair is full and thick and my shedding is gone. Dr Tutu is wonderful and I have been using the Vegan shake too as extra protein as she suggested. Start early and stay with it!

I believe in the supplements to help with slowing down and helping my thinning hair grow in! The is is huge plus. I know of other women younger than I am love love your products! They highly recommend them and their hair is gorgeous. I recently started my husband on the supplements. Will see.
Help Hair products grew back my hair!
Currently using the shakes and vitamins and collagen (Nuts4hair). I have been taking them for 6 months.
I lost my hair from using Ashwagandha and collagen which I thought was good for hair. My hair started shedding and I lost over 150 hairs a day with clumps all around the sink.
I went to a local dermatologist and and she suggested help hair products.
And told me to stop using the collagen and ashwagandha. I started the shakes daily and used the help hair vitamin later. My hair literally stopped shedding in 2- 3weeks. Then I noticed new hair growing back and within 3 months my hair was fuller. Then around 4.5- 5 months my hair was thick again and now I am on a maintenance ( at 6 months)of shakes and vitamins. I threw away that product with ashwagandha because my other doctor said it worked and it only aggravated my hair but the dermatologist was right about help hair! And I stopped the collagen and use the Nuts4hair collagen which helped improve my hair too.
I guess if you get the right products you get great results. Lucky for me it was help hair.
Great Combination of Nutrients and Shampoos that Grew back my hair
My hair loss journey was over a period of 5 years. I was gradually thinning and had a history of family baldness. I did not want to go bald. My friend has been using the shakes etc for over 2 years and told me to try them. I started to take the products daily for 6 months and could not believe that my hair was actually growing back. But not just growing fast but growing thick. The shampoo and conditioner are amazing too.
I give these products a 5 star. I would recommend them to anyone who is losing hair and to start the products as soon as they think they are thinning or shedding.
My Hair Grew back in less than 4 months!
I am 24 years old and have been using whey protein isolate and collagen for 2 years. I thought it would be good for working out and my general health. I started to lose hair after 6-8 months from the WPI and collagen and did not realize it. I went to see a doctor in Charlotte and both the doctor and his staff told me it was the isolate and collagen. So they told me to try the help hair products. I tried the shake and collagen (nuts4hair) and I added the vitamins. Within 2 months all the shedding stopped and the hair started to grow back in. In 3-4 months it was fuller and thicker. I then added the Rescue shampoo and conditioner and I even added the Zinc as a scalp treatment 1-2 a week since it is a DHT blocker. My hair at 6.5 months is really thick and I do not need any medical treatments since I did not want to use finasteride because of the side effects or minoxidil. I wanted a natural alternative. I am lucky to find these products but since it was doctor recommended and I could not afford a procedure nor did I need one since I started on the shake etc early enough. The products and the customer service is amazing!

Only Collagen that worked for my hair!
I tried several types of collagen on the market for my hair loss. I tried a collagen that helps with the joints skin and hair. But that collagen which I used for several months only made my hair worse. I went to Dr Grey in Macon, a hair doctor and he told me that can make my hair worse since it was really good for joints but bad for hair. I could not believe that they just add the hair as an add on and the product was really for joints. Talk about false labeling! So I tried Nuts4hair collagen which Dr Grey said was really good for my hair loss. Within 3 months my hair loss and shedding reversed and my hair was so much fuller at 4months and now at 6 months it looks like my bald ares are gone. I was told to mix the product with water or add it to my cereal. I really like banana nut crunch cereal and I add 1 tbsp daily with the cereal which is easy to use and actually gives it a nice flavor.

I was recommended to this product by my friend who went to a dermatologist in Winston- Salem, NC. I could not believe his hair since i had not seen him for a few months and I said what are you using because your bald spot is gone. He told me that he did not want to use a medication with side effects and he told me to buy the product directly from the website. I added the shampoo and conditioner purple color and now at 5 months my hair has filled in. I added in the vitamins twice a day too and my hair stopped shedding , looks fuller and my hair line filled. I think I am going to try the protein bars next!

I have been using the help Hair products including shakes, vitamins , collagen and shampoos and conditioner for over 12 years. Their products are the highest quality and my hair has been thick and full since I have been using them. I was recommended to these products by Dr Jerry Cooley a well know and respected hair doctor in North Carolina. I was losing hair for a variety of reasons and ever since I was using the products my hair is healthy and growing at least 1/2 inch a month. I use the shake and the collagen in the morning and have tried all the flavors but vanilla is my favorite. I use the vitamin later in the evening. When I shampoo and use the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner which leaves my hair soft and feels restored. I highly recommend these products and my friends and family have used them with great success.

I have used many types of collagen for hair.They all claim that they work on hair skin and nails and joints. So far the collagen I bought at my local health food store caused my hair to fall out. I was shedding everywhere. Fortunately I went to Maureen at Dr Griffins office in Philadelphia. She recommended the Help hair vitamins and Nuts4hair collagen. I have been using them for over a year and my hair is beautiful.
It has back its bounce and shine and is thick and full. I am considering trying the shakes ands shampoo too. The Help Hair products are a true life saver. Dont believe it when a collagen brand advertises "for joint pain and skin , hair and nails." It may work for joints but it doesn't work for hair. Nuts4hair worked beyond my expectations and I really like the newer flavors especially the choco-nuts.

Amazing results even for damaged hair like mine!
I went to a doctor in Apopka, Fl for hair loss. Dr Theo really likes these products. She is a dermatologist and treats hair loss. I started with the collagen Nuts4hair along with the help hair vitamins and RescueMD shampoo and conditioner. I noticed after a short time around 2 months that my hair stopped breaking and shedding.
