My Dermatologist recommended Help Hair successfully!
I was losing my hair for about 3 years slowly. I was thinning on the top and receding on the sides. I tried a brand that cost me $88/ month and automatically takes your $$ every month.. You had to take 4 capsules daily. They were like horse pills and I took them because they advertise alot on TV. They claim they have studies and it is run by some non medical people without any background in hair. But the made them selves experts. So 2 years later and thousands of dollars of lost money I am still bald and in fact even worse. I had no choice but go to my dermatologist and get his help. When I went to see Dr Brent Mizelle I told him my story. He said he sees this happen all the time with scam products. But he told me to try help Hair since he has been recommending it for 10 years with great success. I started with the vitamins. they are really small and easy to swallow. You do not take 4 large horse pills like i was doing with the other scam brand. You take 1 small pill in the am and 1 small pill in the pm. Thats it! And its 1/3 of the price of the other brand I was taking. In less than 4 months my hair was filling in. Then I decided since i like to make a morning shake to add the help hair shakes to my daily regiment. Not only does it taste great, I prefer the vanilla with fruit daily but my hair was getting so thick that my hair dresser wanted to k now my secret. I added the shampoos starting with the rescue MD and conditioner and leafy green volumizers. Thank you Dr Mizelle for the great advice and thank you Help Hair for the great products.
Actually works! Avoided a surgery
Dr Cooley told me to use this and wait to see if I needed a surgery. Hair Grew back after using it for several months! Did not need a transplant. Happy happy customer!

Dr Tutu is wonderful and I have been using the Vegan shake too as extra protein as she suggested. Start early and stay with it!

Works! Tastes great. No brainer. Dr Cooley recommended it to me. I have been using it for over 5 years without any hair loss. I would not waste my time with other products or RX. I buy the 5 pack of shake and 3 pack of vitamins. Plus I use the zinc scalp treatment and the purple shampoo and green volumizer. I wish they were not back ordered on the protein bars. Customer service is great and so is the shipping which they use fedex.
Super Fast results!
Thought I was going to end up bald. My hair was falling out in clumps. My friend recommended the products after he went to a hair doctor in North Carolina. My hair grew back from the shakes and vitamins within 2 months. Shakes are super tasty! And the vitamins are easy to swallow.

Help Hair products grew back my hair!
Currently using the shakes and vitamins and collagen (Nuts4hair). I have been taking them for 6 months. I lost my hair from using Ashwagandha and collagen which I thought was good for hair. My hair started shedding and I lost over 150 hairs a day with clumps all around the sink. I went to a local dermatologist and and she suggested help hair products. And told me to stop using the collagen and ashwagandha. I started the shakes daily and used the help hair vitamin later. My hair literally stopped shedding in 2- 3weeks. Then I noticed new hair growing back and within 3 months my hair was fuller. Then around 4.5- 5 months my hair was thick again and now I am on a maintenance ( at 6 months)of shakes and vitamins. I threw away that product with ashwagandha because my other doctor said it worked and it only aggravated my hair but the dermatologist was right about help hair! And I stopped the collagen and use the Nuts4hair collagen which helped improve my hair too. I guess if you get the right products you get great results. Lucky for me it was help hair.

Big Fan of this product. Easy to use. I drink the mocha shake daily adn use the help hair vitamins as recommended but switch with the berry after a work out. My hair loss was from all sorts of causes. Stress , testosterone use , ashwagandha, and lack of sleep and poor nutrition. I will say that the shake does give me a good dose of a healthy daily meal and the fact it is growth hormone free, and has no gluten and no artificial flavors or colors I think is important. My hair took around 3 months to stop falling out and now a year later it has grown back in and is super healthy. I get hair cuts every 2-3 weeks.
Great Combination of Nutrients and Shampoos that Grew back my hair
My hair loss journey was over a period of 5 years. I was gradually thinning and had a history of family baldness. I did not want to go bald. My Hair Grew back in less than 4 months!
I am 24 years old and have been using whey protein isolate and collagen for 2 years. I thought it would be good for working out and my general health. I started to lose hair after 6-8 months from the WPI and collagen and did not realize it. I went to see a doctor in Charlotte and both the doctor and his staff told me it was the isolate and collagen. So they told me to try the help hair products. I tried the shake and collagen (nuts4hair) and I added the vitamins. Within 2 months all the shedding stopped and the hair started to grow back in. In 3-4 months it was fuller and thicker. I then added the Rescue shampoo and conditioner and I even added the Zinc as a scalp treatment 1-2 a week since it is a DHT blocker. My hair at 6.5 months is really thick and I do not need any medical treatments since I did not want to use finasteride because of the side effects or minoxidil. I wanted a natural alternative. I am lucky to find these products but since it was doctor recommended and I could not afford a procedure nor did I need one since I started on the shake etc early enough. The products and the customer service is amazing!
Long time user with Great hair from this product
I have been using this product for about 8 years. I was recommended years ago by Dr Jerry Cooley. I had hair loss and was not ready for a hair transplant. My hair was thinning for a variety of reasons. I started to use the shake daily and within 2 months I noticed the difference. My hair was really full at 5months. I even went back to Dr Cooley to see if I needed any treatment and he said just stay on the shake. I have been using the shake on a regular basis and have not noticed and more hair growth and have recommended this product to all my friends and relatives. I am a big chocolate fan so this satisfies my cravings and my hair is the best it has ever been. I Love this Product!
Let me start off by saying that I love this product I have been taking hair shake since 2016.. I started balding in my early 30’s. My grandfather, father, uncles, most of my brothers and mostly all my cousins are bald or headed in that direction. I pretty much come from a bald family. This product not only make my hair thicker, it also make my hair grow really fast. Without this product I could get away with a hair cut every 2-3 weeks. When on this product I have to get a hair cut once a week. This product also makes my nails grow really fast. Now in my early 40’s I still have a full head of healthy hair. It’s thick, full and strong. I can wear any style I want, long or short. I accidentally stumbled on this product online looking for a alternative work out protein that would not make your hair fall out.. I was not looking for something that would make my hair grow I was only looking for something that wouldn’t make my hair fall out. I come from a line of thin haired people including my father , grandfather and uncles on my moms side. Quality Products!
I have been using the help Hair products including shakes, vitamins , collagen and shampoos and conditioner for over 12 years. Their products are the highest quality and my hair has been thick and full since I have been using them. I was recommended to these products by Dr Jerry Cooley a well know and respected hair doctor in North Carolina. I was losing hair for a variety of reasons and ever since I was using the products my hair is healthy and growing at least 1/2 inch a month. I use the shake and the collagen in the morning and have tried all the flavors but vanilla is my favorite. I use the vitamin later in the evening. When I shampoo and use the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner which leaves my hair soft and feels restored. I highly recommend these products and my friends and family have used them with great success.

I just received my Vanilla & Super Greens Shakes I never write reviews but I feel like I must share my experience with everyone. After years of trying "Hair Growth"products that add just biotin & a few buzzwords to their ingredients & pass themselves off as a hair growth company. Spoiler alert They NEVER worked & I ended up throwing money down the drain ( along with my hair). That's when I really did my research & found Help Hair. I immediately felt Very Excited that The company is founded by a doctor!Once my ordered arrived( super quick delivery!) I made a delicious smoothie with frozen berries & Oat Milk. I am a Long term Happy customer! I never write reviews but the shakes and vitamins along with the shampoos and conditioners are amazing. My hair doctor (Dr Cooley) who I went to several years ago started me on the products. My hair is thicker and fuller and my hair loss stabilized and the shakes filled in the bald areas. Customer service is amazing and they offer good advice on which products would work best. I would suggest calling them if you have questions. I started with vanilla shakes and added vitamins and the Rescue md shampoo and conditioner. Now that my hair is thick I use the leafy green shampoo and alternate with the Rescue MD. I currently drink the mocha and Zesty shakes. My hair is amazing and the products are A+ World class stuff. I could not give a better rating.

Dr Ashley Curtis recommended it. Dr Curtis is a Board certified Dermatologist in Atlanta and is well know for treating hair loss. I was losing my hair from a combination of stress, hitting menopause, and the loss of my husband. I noticed thinning over a period of 6 months and I tried a product that had Ashwaganda and it made my hair loss worse. I went to Dr Curtis and she said that I should take 1 shake in the morning daily and 1 vitamin in the evening. I normally do. not drink shakes but when i tried the vanilla I fell in love with the great taste and look forward to it daily. I noticed immediate stopping of the hair loss after 6 weeks and my nails grew like crazy! Then at 2 months my hair was getting stronger and the bald patches gradually filled in. After 4 months the hair itself was thicker too and now at 8 months I noticed alot of the little fine hairs have regrown and new hair is sprouting. I did not think that a product can change your life but this was a life changer and I am no longer self conscious. I still have a greta deal of stress in my life but hair loss in not one of them. This is my third case of Help Hair shakes. I started researching at the beginning of the year due to an upcoming surgery. I read that the trauma of general surgery can cause hair loss, Telogen Effluvium, and I wanted to avoid this. Before I use a product, I research every avenue I can find and look for both positive and negatives. I went ahead and took a chance on Help Hair shakes due to the reviews and research on the ingredients thinking that it couldn't hurt. I ordered a case and started drinking a few months before surgery to build up the good nutrients. My general surgery was early May and here it is early October and there's been no loss. In fact, my hair is in better health than it's ever been! I mix a scoop with cold coffee in the mornings to start my day. The Super Greens is my favorite! Dear Help Hair, I am writing to thank you for making such an amazing product. I was diagnosed with alopecia in 2017 and was struggling to slow down my hair loss. I was trying everything! I was referred to your product by the Verso Surgery Clinic in Canada several months ago. They recommend that I try your product as others were seeing results after using it. I tried the hair shake to begin with and noticed results fairly quickly. My nails were the first to benefit but after a couple of months of using the shake I noticed my hair was getting much thicker and wasn’t falling out as much. Yay!!! After I noticed an improvement, I decided to try other products that you offer,(Vitamins, Nuts4Hair-Collagen, Shampoos and Conditioners) and I’m so glad that I did. Shakes grew back my hair! My friend went to a dermatologist in Charlotte who recommended the shakes. So I was losing my hair really bad after I fell off a later and broke my foot. I am a personal trainer and looking good is part of my business. So losing hair was not going to be in my future if I could stop it.. Then I tried Help Hair shake with real protein from a daily scooper. I get 8 grams from Help hair plus 12 grams of milk and now that I am using it my hair is growing like "weeds". Super Greens shake better than store bought hair vitamins
I bought hair vitamins from my local vitamin store and my results were terrible. I even tried Biotin. My hair was getting worse. Most advanced flavor!
I think that the Super Greens is the most advanced formula because it has the most ingredients. It regrew my hair over a period of 5 months. It has a very nice Green Tea taste. Sometimes when I get the case I get several other flavors which are really tasty too such as Mocha and berry. FYI- I started with the vanilla and chocolate , initially buying it from my Dermatologist. Since I am not that close to their office, I buy online and get free shipping wth a case (5 pouches).

Super Greens better than my old greens

Has helped maintain my hair growth!
I had hair restoration July 2016. My doctor gave me my first pouch after procedure, along with the vitamins. I stopped drinking raw green smoothies after I realized that it may have contributed to my hair loss. I have generalized thinning according to my Dermatologist. Really delicious flavor
The taste is amazing! I have been using the vanilla for several years with the Help Hair Vitamins. My hair is amazing.
